Education in india

Hi All,

Kindly suggest
1- We are indian ( having indian passport)
2 - i am on work permit here intoronto.
3- My son born here in toronto (10 months old now).
4- We are looking his OCI card or india visa to travel india .

As we go back to india permanent .we cant come back to canada

Q- For my kid what document is required for education in india?
Q2 - can my child get medical insurance there in india ?
Q3- Any othere solution which help us

So, "Persons born outside India on or after 10 December 1992 are considered Indian citizens if either of their parents is Indian citizen at the time of their birth "

So, you may even check with Indian consulate, so you must register your son's birth asap there. I think within 1 st birthday...and he can have an Indian passport. He will always have the option to settle in Canada, as he is Canadian by birth. When he is 18/major he can exercise the choice of choosing one, as dual citizenship is not allowed by India.
