Education history

Hello everyone I need help in my education history. I did my graduation from Indian college and I moved to Toronto for further study I completed my graduation diploma In Toronto.. I sent my Indian education for WES but WES said it’s not sent from university and didn’t process .. now i m apply for PNP hope I get it .. is It necessary to do it , if I am not gonna claim those points

If you want points for your Bachelor's then you will need your education to be assessed. If the PNP doesn't require you to have a Bachelor's then you don't. Depends on the situation
