Education history - quick question

Hi, while filling up the EE form I am stuck at education history.
I have completed BBA from India and one year PG Certificate from Canada. So do I go for "was xxx awarded a Canadian degree, diploma, or certificate for this period of study?" And tak about the Canadian study there or is it for ECA of BBA and I need to add another section for Canadian Education?

You should probably answer YES for "was xxx awarded a Canadian degree, diploma, or certificate for this period of study?" As you state that you have completed one year PG Certificate from Canada.
