FYI bro, every time additional documents are demanded the application is delayed.

If you didnt get your ECA done in the first place, Why would IRCC request for one?

with respect, FY kind Information, documents are requested 99% when it is mandatory. 1% chances are when they see something fishy in your case or they get trouble understanding your input..

It is even mentioned by CIC(I guess, I watched one video) to avoid extra documents which are not requested/necessary to avoid delays.

This is a nice place to have discussions when anxiety is already killing you !!! kudos guys !

But CIC will only ask for the ECA if the points are being claimed for that previous education and that's what I exactly said.
