Education history for both Master's and Bachelor's ECA.

Hey everyone,

I recently got my WES evaluation done for both Bachelor's(from India) and Master's(from the US) degrees. I have a couple of queries while filling the Education History.

1. I added a row for my Master's and selected the level of education to be Master's degree. However, for the new row that I created for Bachelor's, what should I select for Level of education (Canadian equivalent) shown on Education Credential Assessment (ECA)? Is this field asking for the ECA summary (which is Master's degree), or is it the Canadian equivalent of this particular degree (which would be Bachelor's degree [four years])?
2. As my Bachelor's degree only comprised of my first name, the WES report states that the names differ on one or more credentials. My Master's degree credential has the right name(as listed on my passport). I have an affidavit from a notary in India that states the addition of last name. What steps do I need to take care for dealing with this name issue? Do I need to contact CIC after ITA?
