Education history and WES evaluation for Bachelor's or Master's

I have Bachelor's (4 yrs) and Mater's degree (2 yrs).

In express entry there is option to add multiple rows in education history.

1. Should I add both master's degree and bachelor's degree in there (in two separate rows)? Or just Master's
2. Do I get extra points for adding both the degrees?
3. Do I need to complete WES evaluation for both Bachelor's degree and Master's degree? Or just Master's degree?

For the sake of profile completeness, I added both in my profile, and did ECA for both degrees. You had to list out what you did for all the period of time for the past 10 years or since you are 18 in the Personal History section anyway so might as well mention everything to be on the safe side.

Are you sure if it will give more points? Because in CRS score calculator you can select only either bachelor's or master's.

Hi,
You can't create EE profile if you haven't got ECA report. Unless you studied in Canada.

If you studied outside Canada, you need to get your qualification assessed to get its equivalency to Canadian qualification.

For the purpose of creating EE profile, you need ECA reference number and date of completion.

I think you should get both of your qualification assess by WES as there will be no extra charge for 2 or more qualification assessments anyway. There reason is because some of foreign qualifications doesn't get the same equivalency as Canadian degree. E,g. Master as Postgraduate diploma. Therefore, you will not have Masters point. But you can get 2 or more certificates point (above Bachelor points) if you get both of your credential assess. However, your other credential(bachelor) should be assess as 3 years bachelor or longer to be eligible for 2 or more certificate points.
