Education Gap 9 years. Can I get Student Visa?

Hello
I completed my Diploma in Computer Engg in 2004. then i completed my B.E. in computer engg in May-2007. then i started job to till date.

I want to go canada for student visa with my wife.

can i get visa or not with my wife as dependent?
I got TOEFL iBT score is 107.

If you can justify the gap in your SOP and make it strong there is a chance I guess.
