Education fundings

hey guys and girls ,

May be some of u can help me , I have a Master degree in HRM from UK, have been here for the last 3 years and a Landed immigrant , did a few certifications in Canada did volunteer jobs too, but no luck in finding a field related job , my question is how much can I get in Education grants maximum, and do I have to pay it back , I would really appreciate if someone has similar experience and can give me some info please , I am residing in Manitoba but can move to bigger cities and provinces for the sake of education and career, I may sound a bit depressed but it is what I am

Would really appreciate if u can share ur experience. I am HR manager from India and will be moving to Canada soon.
I plan to do some courses and try for job in similar field.
Can u pls share ur experience, the certifications u did in canada / kind of jobs.
Did you get anything related to ur field??
