Education for SWP or experience is enough

Hi! Can somebody can help me with such questions:
If i apply for FSW (NOC 2263) do i need to have a specific education at this field or work experience is enough?
I have a bachelors degree, but it is the different profession.

Your field of study should be relevant to the NOC 2263...else you should have several years of experience in this field. Possibly 5+ years....

I have a similar question related to educational background and work experience regarding NOC 2263.. I'm holding a bachelors degree in medicine and holding work experience more tha 3 years consisting of main duties & responsibilities similar to NOC 2263 (as mentioned in the HRSDC website).. So, can I apply under FSWP for Canada immigration?

Kindly advice..
