Education, Financials and Work Exp Query

Hi All,

Below are my timeline details basis which I have questions:
1. 2006 to 2010 April - Studying
2. Feb 2011 to September 2013 - Recruitment Manager ( 2 years 7 months- working)
3. October 2013 to September 2015 - Studying
4. Dec 2015 to Aug 2016 - Assistant Recruitment Manager- Working
5. Aug 2016 on wards- working on and off- freelancing as a photographer hence not included in the profile. (Have no paperwork)

Work Experience:
Q1. I have total of 3+ years of work experience in one occupation but it is not continuous. Will that effect my scores?
Q2. Will me not working from Aug 2016 go against my case?

Education:
Q3. My full-time undergraduate 4 years bachelors is equivalent to Canadian bachelors (IQAS assessed). However, my course was conducted in India but it is affiliated to University of Huddersfield-UK. the certificate sent by IQAS said UK. I'm concerned that it will be assumed that I studied full-time in UK and I'd be asked to submit UK PCC. But as I have never traveled to UK, this is not possible. Can this be an issue?

Financials:
Q4. As since Aug 2016 I've not been working full-time I don't have a bank statement that has regular income to show. however I have over 25000 CAD $ in savings that I can show. Will this be an issue at all?

I dont see any issue here.

If the funds are in ur account for considerable amount of time, u dont need to expalin.

For education may be an LOE would help

If you are not claiming points for work experience after Aug,2016 then no as CIC is only concerned about the period of work experience you claim points for.

If you never been to UK then question of UK PCC doesn't arise.

If there was no sudden credit of large amount from any person or bank loan or any kind of borrowed money then you don't have to worry.

It has to be continuous for atleast one year other two years can be any length.

It should not be an issue as long as you have never travelled in UK. You still need to explain this into LOE an amend it.

Should not be issue in my opinion as you meet the fund requirenments.
