In addition to your degree, should i also upload my academic transcripts and IELTS and ECA as well?
 
Yes You need to Upload IELTS AND ECA Aswell , In my Case I have missed IELTS , They have requested me to Uplaod IELTS Copy .

Please make sure Upload IELTS AND ECA Mandatory in Eductaion .

Oh wow! So they sent you a request to upload your IELTS report? I thought some said just the reference number on the report is okay.
What's your timeline? When did you submit your application?
 
Boy, am I glad I saw this. I did not realize that IELTS and ECA had to be uploaded. What about transcripts though? Also, someone had shared a tool for merging PDFs what was that?

i only asked because the CIC Website makes no mention about having to upload ECA and IELTS copy or any transcripts. They only say degree

ECA & IELTS are not mandatory to upload along with education documents, but for some people they are requesting IELTS at later stages.
I did not upload these documents and they didnt request to update me in later stages, i have already received COPR. so it depends on case to case basis and better to upload before hand to avoid any delay in processing.

ADDITIONAL DOC REQUEST - 24TH March (IELTS COPY)
MEDICAL : PASSED ON 24 March
BG : PROCESSING YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK 25th March

Waiting for PPR Email .

Please Keep your WES AND IELTS Copy in your Education .
