Education credentials assesment

Hi guys,

I have done SSC (10th) -> Diploma in Mechanical Engineering-> BE in IT

SSC from Andhra Pradesh state board
Diploma from Andhra Pradesh board of technical education
BE from JNTU Kakinada university,Andhra Pradesh

Now my questions are...
1. Do I need to submit both diploma and BE OR Only BE (i.e. only higher education)
2. Where should I submit a fee and in which currency (INR or CAD)

Each credential assessment organization has it's own procedures and they have specific requirements for India and China

Submit both because one is depending on other, i.e. in conjunciton.
