Can anyone advice whether I can submit my documents without ECA from WES. Since it takes a month time though it says seven working days.. ?

No - you can't submit your application without ECA. ECA is mandatory.

I'm confused on transcripts and copies of marksheets to be submitted to WES.

I have attested copies of marksheets and degrees certified by universities. I have to send this to WES. Please advice is this enough send WES to get ECA. Apart from this I have to get transcripts from universities.. Please advice.

Photocopy of degree needs to be sent by you to WES. Transcripts must be sent in an envelope sealed by the University / College. The envelope as such can be posted by the Uni / College itself or you can collect and post it to WES. Transcript Request Form is not mandatory.

Do you know some one who had sent Sealed documents, without Transcript Request Form and WES has accepted those ? As most of the people on this forum are writing that Transcript Request Form is mandatory.

Transcript request form is not necessary. Mine is accepted without request form and completed now.
