Education crdential evaluation and May 4 FSW

Hi,

Only 3 more months left for May 4 (official date when FSW 2013 starts), still now there is no announcement regarding credential evaluation agencies. How applicants will be able to submit their application on May 4 when there is no agencies announced till date to evaluate the credential?

Will they accept without credential evaluation?
