Education Assessment Question

Good morning everyone ...

Sorry if this has been asked before but I am not really sure what to search for so I am gonna ask anyway

I want to send my Documents and my wife's for Evaluation on Canada , the CIC has five or six institutes to do that but I am not sure which one to choose and I am not really sure what to send, I realize this might vary from one country to the other but I hope some of you might shed some light

1-For University , should I send only the diploma ? or every year's grades ?
2-Should I send the IELTS results with the paper as well ?
3-What language should I send these in ? English or French ? We are planning to go to an English Territory

Most people are using WES. I guess for some professions you should use assessing authority, but WES covers the most as far as i know.

1. You got to read official instructions on the WES web-site, they require univeristy to send all the docs in a sealed envelope to their address, not you.

go for WES only its wildly accepted in Canadian Immigration unless you have medical degree which needs to assess by some other organisation.

Thanks for the replies , yeah I went through some other topics and already seems WES is the best option ... I guess I will be going with these ..
The part where the uni sends my files is scaring me the most to be honest because in my case my university is filled with incompetent bureaucrats some of whom don't understand proper English so I am skeptic .. Is it OK if I did all the legwork for them ? can I transcribe/translate all the documents and then bring them an envelope with the address on it and they just mailed it ? I don't know because our mailing system is so screwed up
This is my biggest problem right now .. It took them 45 days to issue my diploma
