Hello my potential countrymen!!!
I am Adil , a potential applicant to express entry immigration program under category of federal skilled worker. I got my undergraduate degree from canadian university. In doing so, I studied under a government award that required me to come back to My home country after graduation and work here for 5 years by applying the skills and knowledge. At the moment I have already met all the requirements of the contract (i.e worked in Country full time for 5 years after graduation from Canadian university by applying the skills and knowledge that was obtained at university) with the government , and legally allowed to immigrate. I am about to complete my express entry application and came across the field where I have to indicate my education received in Canada. It says that I can not mention my Canadian degree if I studied under government award that required me to come back after graduation and apply the skills and knowledge in my home country. Is it applicable in my case, in which I studied under government award, however I fullfilled all the requirements of the contract and free to immigrate anytime? Can I still indicate my Canadian education in my application because I have met all the requirements of contract with the government and legally allowed to leave the country? Please, help if anyone knows about it.
Regards,
Adil!!
