I think they really do track it somewhere, because I got the same feeling. Anyway I just gave up calling and sending webforms. I'll try to not think about it and check as less as possible :rolleyes:

Yes they do …because she told me I called last week 2 times
Me too but I told her ircc should have some pattern because hell people are pissed because files has gone above the processing time ..and when she said that there is no processing I told it’s on website that it shows 6 months … later she said I know how u feeling I understand tbh they don’t know I am feeling

Yeah, I can relate a bit. I don't know what kind of circumstances you personally have, I hope it's not something too pressing. I'd try to get away from this forum for a while to not get too depressed. It's important to look for your mental health especially in unstable times like this.
