Anyone who appeared for the test on July 4 2013 or closer in Edmonton?

All immigrant communities should start to work together to put pressure on our MPs.

Organizing through immigrant communities means that no one is singled out for persecution by the CIC. Community groups command attention when they speak because the politicians know that their image in that community, and therefore votes of that community, will be affected. We either hang together, or hang alone.
Please consider joining the Association of Future Canadians. We're organizing against the unreasonable citizenship delays through press attention and political means.

Just would like to share my timelines @ Edmonton office

Applied Jan 2012
In process. Oct 2012
Pre test RQ Dec 2012
RQ submited Jan 2013
Test date. Nov 2013
Waiting for Oath

Edmontonian78, have you done your test yet, I application was received Jan 5, 2012 and nothing yet since then, started processing Nov 5, 2012 that's it...no test nothing yet

Hi Edmontonian 78, Congrats for passing the exam. I thought you were also included in this one and only oath taking this December 12 here in Edmonton.
I am wondering, maybe its those applicants who submitted last 2011 who are about to get Oath taking?
Man! this is painstakingly too long here in the Prairies. Mississauga, Windsor, London and Scarborough are doing it in less than a year, but those are for no RQ's applicant.

Hi, I've just started the process and here is my current timeline:
"We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on February 11, 2013.
We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on February 11, 2013. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
We started processing your application on April 8, 2013."

Updates:
Oct 30: Application transferred to Edmonton office
Dec 13: Application checked in Edmonton office

From what I've read, from now on, I can't get any updates and just should sit and wait for the test date. Do you have any idea how long it can take?
