@Micasnake: An advice in case you don't get it this week. Order notes from CSIS under privacy act just to shake them a little as most likely your application is stuck due to security clearance. I did the same a month back and that may have helped. There ia no harm in asking for the notes.

It's through the same Access to Info & Privacy Online Request site where you order GCMS notes. Just select the department to be Canadian Security Intelligence Service from the dropdown menu and in description write that this request is regarding your security clearance request for citizenship application.
