Edmonton applicant Oct. 2017 after C6

Not sure what is happening with the Edmonton Office. I completed successfully my test Feb 13, 2018. My eCas changed to Decision Made next day... But nothing has changed since then. I didn’t expect it would take so long to get the Oath invitation letter after the test. This waiting time without a reason is very frustrating.

I am in same boat , Had my test on Feb 26 , e-cas changed to DM next day but haven't heard anything .

email its funny because if u see the oath schedule in the immigration site they only have one for april 13 so I guess its not legit. :LOL

Yeah.. I saw that. However,only one day in whole April doesn’t make sense. So probably they would add more days. They just might have not updated the oath schedule website for Edmonton.

Better give them a call to confirm your date

Oct 17, 2017 - Sent application
Nov 1, 2017- Application Received
Dec 12, 2017- AOR received
Jan 11, 2018- STarted processing application
March 7, 2018 - Invitation for the test by email
March 21, 2018 - test date
Please update the sheet with my information too.
I wanted to know if any of you know how long it would take to get the invitation for oath ceremony and what are the other steps once the ceremony is over.

yes for sure ill call by tomorrow, maybe its a typo error for april 13. I dont see any schedule that date. Anyone hre got an invitation that day? Please let me know.

But seems CIC web page is messed up...I just check and it show Last year dates....Crap.

Call CIC call center and let us know that it will be on 03 april or not.

Hi, guys
Here's my timeline and it's too slow compared to others

Oct 11, 2017 - Sent application
Oct 13, 2017- Application Received
Dec 8, 2017- AOR received
Feb 8, 2018- Started processing application
Feb 21, 2018- FP requested
Feb 28, 2018- Sent FP
As of Mar 15, still waiting.

I need to go to Fort Mcmurray for work soon and it's not gonna be easy to come back to Edmonton.
Or I just have to wait on EI till I get this done.
I assumed I was gonna get a test no later than in Mar based on status of other applicants.
I've checked other October applicants from other provinces and they have got a decision made.
There might still be some applicants in process that I missed in other regions.
But. Edmonton is slower that other provinces for sure in general.

That is really good for rest of us those who are waiting for oath. It is just CIC -Edmonton oath web schedule that still out of order like local edmonton officers.
