Edit ITA (missing education certificate)

Hi
I received my ITA but I'm not able to prove my spouse's diploma as we couldn't find it. We will need to request for a duplicate from his institution but it'll need some time.

I received no points from my spouse's education credentials in my EE profile, so can i just edit my ITA and remove the diploma?

Do i need to also write a LOE?

Yes you can remove it and explain that no points were claimed for her education in the first place.

Do include her education in the personal history section though.
