june 26. Some people are saying that if one is inside Canada, IRCC sends PR card and not eCOPR.

COPR (e or physical) are different from PR Card.
A PR should have both (eventually after PR card is issued and sent after landing)

someone in the group (via Etobicoke) said they got eCOPR yesterday and they submitted P2 on June 25. I think yours is coming soon!
