Yes, you definitely should.

This is what they ask you to include in all emails:
Full name (First, Middle and Last Name)
· Address including postal code
· Telephone number
· Applicant's full name
· Applicant's file number/UCI number
· Applicant's date of birth and country of birth
· Brief Summary of your situation

Hi folks,

Got my ECOPR Feb 1 I've linked my application and all that and just contacted my MP last Thursday since I haven't received any response yet. My address has been approved but my photo still says in review on the PR portal, is that normal? And is there anyone on my timeline as well?

You can try your local MP if you haven't, they should have a direct line to IRCC
