My friends who submitted PR application a few days later than me and they already got ecopr yesterday or last week. and I just got mail address approved yesterday .

For some people it takes 3-4 months, some get it in few days

I just got Ecopr today. Got PR Portal on 3 Jan , Photo and address submitted on the same day. Hope it helps to you.

We got ecopr on the 13th and are now waiting for the card. Checking the portal today the uploaded photo was gone, just had the promt to upload a photo like before. Checking again later the photo was back. No emails from ircc rejecting the photo. Has this happened to anyone else?
