eCOPR not recieved after 2 months? Who can I contact?

I recieved the portal link on Oct 3O and submitted the photo and confirmed my stay the same day. But still I have not got my eCOPR yet.Is there anyone I can ask or raise request to get the eCOPR and PR card. I am currently in Canada. Please help. I see people say we should contact our MP. How can we get our MP's details?

Apparently you can call them on Jan 31 (3 months and a day after your P2) and check again, only then they will reach out to the VO that has your file to flag it.
