Hi, I am also facing same issue my dependant child not received ECOPR. Unable to see an option to download ECOPR. Called IRCC they have confirmed ECOPR has been issued for my kid might be technical issue. Can you please let me know did you receive ECOPR document ?

Did they sent you the email immediate next day or was that a response to your email ?
I am in the same situation, i got the email, but there is no copr in the portal.
Hi, I am having same issue, one of my dependant child didn't have the download option in her page, but all of us can download the ecopr....I tried to call IRCC but never can get through, I also submitted web form also no reply. I also send an email to the email who sent me the congratulation email, still no response. I received congratulations email on Jan 7th....What should I do? and how long did you guys receive the pr card since this happened?
Thank you.I finally got the chance to talk to that IRCC help center…. The help center agent said she will send me an email about who do I address this issue to. I just sent an email. Hopefully it can be resolved soon….
