ECOPR NOT AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD - CHILD

Hi! I got my family's eCoPR on Sep01, 2021, but my younger son's was missing. It is not available for download. All the rest of the family is ok.
I tried calling or sending webform, but they don't answer due to Afeganistan crisis. Do you know what can I do?
Since it was only my younger son and he is a child, I believe it was just a glitch on the system, but I need this document.

Yes!!! I called them. The next day it showed up. We already have the PR card now.

I called the normal call Centre. I tried email and webform as well, but never received the reply for those

Yes!!! I called them. The next day it showed up. We already have the PR card now.

I am facing the similar issue where my wife's copr is missing in the portal but for other family members it's there. Already emailed them and tried to call but call didn't go through. After how many days you got your PR cards

Do v require copr anywhere after getting PR cards? Someone is saying v need at the time of citizenship.

After I got the CoPR, it took 10 days for mine and 30 days for my son’s to arrive
