Mine says approved and PR card application is in submitted state.

What's the timeline for people who submitted their photos in the portal? I have only seen updates from people who mailed their photos in other threads.

No idea, I've been trying to find a thread for that and it seems like there's only ones for people submitting it via mail.

My picture got refused via the portal and then I had to resubmit it on Aug 18th and I haven't heard back since then.

Do you mind sharing the reason why they reject your picture?
 
How long after you received the eCOPR did they take to approve or reject photos any response to this would help.
