METROi ecopr el 2 de febrero y aún no he recibido mi tarjeta todo es bien lento parece 
No I am not, EE BC PNP.
I have been thru background check for 15 months. So my timeline is meaningless. I got P1 on Apr 5th, P2 on Apr 24th.

We had a separate complication that our minor child (9yo) was not included in our portal, I started e-mailing and calling March 13 when we got P2 and and kept being told to e-mail the e-mail address that originally sent our P1 which I did every week or every other week and never received a reply, I called every week or every other week and was continuously told to be patient for them to reply to e-mails, one agent gave a different e-mail address which she said was the one to unlock portals and had faster turnaround but never received a reply from that e-mail either. Eventually I found out they sent a minor their own separate log in and password to an e-mail address we never referenced, despite all info provided together for P1 with my e-mail address and no one could tell me that. Finally 4/29/24 I filled out the web form on ircc website, 5/3 received e-mail they were working on my case for the web form, and 5/7 finally my child appeared in the portal so we could confirm presence, upload photo, and confirm mailing address. The reps on the phone were all very friendly and I believe wanted to be helpful but I don't think they have any info to work off as they did not notice the e-mail and separate login issue (had that info been available to them it would have been an easy fix).
My recommendation if you have issues is to use the web form contact on ircc website as despite almost 2 months of calling and e-mailing various mailboxes the phone agents provided, I did not get any replies or responses until the web form which provides case numbers for tracking.

Ya han pasado tres meses desde que recibí mi ecopr en febrero 2024 decidí comunicarme hoy con inmigración en una espera de 1 hora me atendieron y me hicieron varias preguntas chequearon mi expediente y dicen que aún está en proceso que ha tardado más de lo normal que harían un reclamo pero que tenía que esperar , es muy frustrante mi ecopr se vence en menos de un mes y aún no recibo mi pr . Agradecería mucho si alguien está por esta fechas y aún no ha recibido para saber que no estoy sola

Escribele al MP, en mi caso siempre que le he escrito, las acciones han progresado!!! Intentalo!
Mi esposo está en la misma situación que tú. Su eCoPR es del 19 de Febrero, VO Etobicoke y aún no ha recibido su PR Card. Su aplicación sigue en status "submitted" y no se ha movido en lo absoluto. Contactamos a nuestro MP hace casi 2 semanas y nos dijeron que pudieron hablar con un agente y que había dejado nota de que ya excedió el tiempo de respuesta. El MP nos dijo que esperaramos 2 semanas más para ver si ya tienen respuesta.
P1 - April 5th - Montreal
P2 - April 24th (Tried KAI on 22th, then called IRCC on 23th)
ECOPR - May 9th - ETOBICOKE
Waiting PR card now.
