You do realize that paper based is 16 months after complete IRCC application is submitted,So you are looking at November or December this year.I have had a chance to discuss this topic with senior BC management and this is how it is going

I am submitting my final application to IRCC under international post graduate student. I am confused whether to appear for ielts again or the old copy of score is also fine. Can anyone advise?

if you are applying under the express entry, you need to provide IELTS proof. IELTS must be within last 2 years max
