YES CIC ACCOUNT STILL SAYS - "DECISION MADE" ONLY. BUT AUTOMATED SYSTEM SAYS ITS APPROVED . TILL YESTERDAY THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM SAID BACKGROUND IS IN PROCESS AND I DO NOT REQUIRE ANY INTERVIEW. NO AGENT AVAILABLE TO TALK SINCE LAST ONE WEEK!

Buddy i got my Passport request on 5th July, I sent it on 6th July and it got delivered on 7th July. No updates after that. Online on cic application status check it still says just "decision made". Tried calling them several times but no agent is available to talk. Really frustrating now.

Bro I believe it got declined because she already has a TRV till Feb 2018. You need to apply for her extension around 45-60 days before feb 2018 just in case your permanent residency hasnt got approved by then. They wont approve it before hand because she has enough time left on her visa to expire.
