Economic class form filling

In Economic class form, is it required to write the duties description(same words, sentence) as given in the NOC website? can we alter some words ?

pls dont copy the exact word but u can use someof it ..make sure it doesnt look likeu copied..i mean just write something that make sense. keep in mind their duteis of the NOC website and then write

hi,,,anybody help me,,how to fill up forms we received our kit and iam confuse if each of us family member will sign the (IMM 0008) and the (IMM 5669) because my children is ages 8,10 and 12 pls anybody can advice me thanks
