Ecase--- Unable to Access

For the last many days, I have been unable to access Ecase status, despite filling all the particulars with care. Each time, I try to access it, I get error message. I am putting the Immigration File No. correctly, name as per documentation, DOB as well as birth place. My File no. is correct and it is the same as I have yesterday received AOR for RPRF.

Hi,
I have never been able to log into Ecase. Started my application in June 2008 and completed Medicals with RPRF sent out in June 09.Asked my Attorney to check on it even she couldn't log on, so wrote email to case specific enquirey last week. Stiil waiting for reply.

Earlier, I was able to log in when I had file no issued by NS,However, Since New Delhi CHC has issued me a new file No., I am unable to log in

I applied to Sydney. I have never been abale to log in. I asked the visa office but they just said wait until you receive the new AOR!
