Hi everyone,

My application was received on Sept 11 for spousal sponsorship outside of Canada. No AOR yet or any information. Using my (sponsor) UCI and also my husband (PA) UCI, I was able to look up our file using ECAS to see that the application was received. When I have tried to search today on ECAS, it says my file cannot be found. Has anyone else had this experience?

Ecas breaks down from time to time. Just continue to try.

Also it can mean that your app was returned. Hope thats not the case
