Hi

I recently received my AOR, so I was wondering what information do I use to log in on ECAS with my spouse's (the sponsored) information.
I am able to log in using my information along with the UCI number in the letter, but I can't seem to do so with my spouse's information.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

UCI + sponsor information, or File number ( starting with F) + sponsored person info should work.

if your wife has a complicated name, try and use only the last part of her name.
Or - if you just got the AOR, maybe it's not working yet, give it a few days.

If you have the AOR already, check how they spell her name, it might give you an indication. Remember: last name only, no initial, no first name.

And don't worry - there is really not much to see in ecas!

I received AOR a month ago. I can't log in to ecas with my (sponsored) information as well. I can do only with sponsor's information. Don't worry, I think it's normal

It takes a a few days from the time you received your AOR...they update ECAS a bit later..and just use the SPONSOR's application(not the sponsored)...

My Login just started working a few days ago although my boyfriend's sponsorship has already been approved on May 27th. So it can take a few weeks until ECAS works...
