ECAS updated but no AOR email

Hi all, I am a September 2014 applicant. My ECAS has been updated to show my application is in process since late November, however I still haven't received the AOR email. Is this normal?

Probably you are not on the email AOR thingy...
may be its coming by mail, but you have not received it yet?

Because me and many others have been enrolled into the email AOR system, and seeing nothing at all (so far).
