My application was AOR'd on April 3rd and haven't received any updates (ghost or no ghost), I'm 65+ so no test required, and living in Greater Vancouver. It is down for me, same error message on both phone and PC, also unable to change password because they can't find the account. I have logged into the tracker many times in the past, today is the first day I am experiencing this issue.- chelavnzuo
