Our inland applicaiton was withdrawn 2 months ago today and it says its still processing? We've now submitted an outland app and I wonder if I'll be able to check on the new application or will it change 
ECAS still says IN Process after been withdrawn over 2 months ago?

e-CAS is quite strange sometimes. It does show up as "withdrawn" sometimes, but that doesn't mean it will happen for you - just like not everyone sees "medical results received".
I'd guess that most likely once they process the sponsorship portion of the new application, it should get sorted out.

Hi Kelkel, did you resubmit payment when you applied outland or did they give you a new client file number? If they did and it says In Progress it probably means your new app is in progress. If either changed try with the new client or payment receipt number to see
Patiently I can see 2 applications in process on ecas. It shows my bfs name 2 times lol. I've stopped worrying about it. I called the call centre and they had no clue what I was talking about anyways.
