Hi folks,

Until Friday 02nd Dec 2011, my eCAS status was showing as Application received with a message that Medical results have been received as well. Since Saturday onwards, while trying to check the status of the application, the system is showing a message, "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. "

Just for your info, my application was received by Buffalo VO under CEC on September 14th 2011. Last week was the last status update with Medical Received information.

Anyone here faced a similar issue?

No worries - could be that your file was being updated. Check again on Tuesday.

Its been 5 days now. eCAS is showing the same crappy message and is not showing my information.

Any ideas what is happening or what should be done?

Hi Torontouser,

I am in the same situation as yours. I am a September 2011 applicant. Since mid of December, I have been unable to log in to my ecas. It says the same thing as yours. I have tried so many times up to today. Have you figured it out yet?

I contacted Buffalo and under CEC my application was sent to Buffalo which is considered outside Canada, OF COURSE. Therefore, the email stated that Ecas is for cases within Canada only.
