ECAS status changed to "Application Received" from "In Process"

My husband got 2 refusals and I thought it because of that our file got transfered. I never ordered gcms before and I don't know the reason why my file got transfered
My friend who had Visa refusal 3 times and got DM in 12 months

Just got my notes and it says that my File has been transferred from to CIO to Ottawa IRCC .
It says the reason to be admissibility .
Also my Eligiblity isn't started yet and
App Status - open
App status reason - TFR Admissibility .
Are files usually transferred for Admissibility check . please give your opinion. And some days ago i saw the status change on my ECAS to Application received.

All files are transferred, CIO only does intake and completeness review. So, at least you´ve passed completeness review : )

Thank you so much . i was just worried when i saw TFR Admissibility instead of TFR Eligibility .
It took an year just to get the completeness review , im just glad it is one step forward .

Well, that fact alone indicates there is something very unusual. I couldn´t tell you based on the information you provided whether there is another issue with your application.

Hi, can any one advise what happens if your passport expires while waiting for your PPR?

IRCC cannot issue a PR visa (or COPR) if you do not have a valid passport. You will have to renew your passport before your PR status can be finalized.

The underlined status in ECAS was always "In Process" since AOR until after 13 months, it changed to "Application Received".

Does anyone see this before ??? What does this mean???

same happened with me, my status was in process and medical results received, but today I checked it but it went from in process to application received, can anyone plz help me what does it mean? I applied for my PR in feb 2019

Ok ,I think the same reason for my file transfer to eitobicko ,because my wife have Visa refusal
,but I passed eligibility and criminality, become pre arrival letter, agent also confirmed, only security was left, and transfer to lvo
