The underlined status in ECAS was always "In Process" since AOR until after 13 months, it changed to "Application Received".

Does anyone see this before ??? What does this mean???

I sponsored my wife. There is a "decision made" on my sponsorship part. They sent an email saying I am eligible and the file had been moved to another country for procssing.

Secondly, her file status changed to "Application Received" from In process. She has received biometric and medical request. What would happen next?

What is MR? Medical request?

MR means they have received your medical results...and application status changed from IN PROCESS to APPLICATION RECEIVED means they have moved your file to your local Visa Office
