When your status changed AR to In process ?? How long its took ?? Because mine almost 3 months from May 5 Application recieved ..

18 months are finished. Now it says " Your application is taking us longer than usual to process. "
It looks like ones you pass 18 months mark, they don't care about your application. They have quality standards of completing 80 % of application in 18 months that's what cic cares of. Ones someone cross 18 months timeline they don't care.

You got it wrong its just they are steps that usually takes longer than a normal processjng time
