ECAS required or not

I did my Masters in India (MCOM , MBA ) and Professional Designation (CA) in India . I did not get ECAS done because i thought after having canadian professional designation(CPA,CGA) , i will not need ECAS (as i studied in Canada already).

I got my CPA CGA membership on December 1 . This is a professional designation(NOC 1111) , however i will receive "CERTIFICATE " ( its not a degree) of membership from CPABC, i also did Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting(2 years) from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC , Canada .

I just have one year left before my PGWP expires in January 2017,hence i want to file my express entry-federal asap. Can someone please let me know if i can cover the professional designation under express entry profile heading "Masters or entry to practice professional DEGREE " to gain more points or just restrict to 2 years post secondary (2 years diploma from Thompson rivers University , Canada ) or get ECAS done to get my masters degree in India evaluated(will loose time because of this option ?)

Please give your opinion on the same .

I researched the site and found out that professional degree is only in certain fields and accounting is not included . So my query is answered through the research . Posting Link for other members of this forum also.

I am thinking of getting ECA done for my masters degree from India. Can someone let me know how much time it takes for the whole process . Thanks
