ECAS Profile not accessible (EE)

Hi All!

I have my application filed on April 6, for EE. May 6, my profile was updated and shows that medical passed in MyCIC. Till May 6 i could access my ECAS account. However since last night ECAS is not recognizing my credentials.

Please share if someone is having same issue.
