My ecas was not working because I was writing the last name the way it's written in the application, and it was wrong ... you can trust the webpage, so click continue to this website. Good Luck

actually all the mails they sent thry replaced the space by a dash in the last name... but on ecas it works only with a space and nt the dash .... my status is still in process

Hello friends
my Ecas is not working for last 20 days.Whenever I tried to use the ecas service with the same information which I used in the past,
it says "we were unable to recognize u with the information provided.........."
although I keep on trying everyday ,it displays the same .
Is there anyone's case like mine?
please help me......to solve this problem.

no lastnames could contain a space or dash for example: 'al chahine' and 'al-chahine'
