Ecas not working

i did already my VO is Warsaw. but their reply was irrelevant to the question, they just informed me that background check is ongoing.

for some reason, this is the case when they are doing a background check. so we just have to wait it out.

I actually emailed them on Monday regarding this issue. No response, as usual.

I called the CIC call centre this morning and they confirmed they are having technical issues with Ecas...works for some and not for others. looking at getting it fixed soon

You cud be right but last time when it disappeared in 2012, my status was changed from docs revd to 'In Process'

On that basis I was assuming its good news they are updating our status to DM. That is why only few ppl can't see. My friend can see that he is also Mi1 applicant, his status shows normal in process.

I have been requested to submit passports yesterday. Today my ecas is not working.

my case bit more complicated. i am not the main applicant, my husband is.

he already got the visa in september 2011, but we got married before he landed so we notified the CIC, and i sent all the information: updated forms, PCC mid may 2012. got medical request early june. submitted them end of june.

in 24 september 2012, cic sent us an email saying that in case the Visa/Medical of my husband expires they will extend it. by 26 september 2012, his visa expired and our ecas turned from DM to IP.

End of December: Ecas was not accessible. i sent them an email telling them. after couple of weeks, they sent us an email stating that background check is still in process (regarding me) and they will notify us as soon as something comes up...
