my ECAS back yesterday after a week down with status changed to In Process.

Do you have any travel history. My ecas also was down from 5th to 10th feb but no change.
 
This is very frustrating after submitting passports with NDVO. no clue what is happening.. atleast NDVO should come up with TAT.

Yes I have 7years travel history, I checked today
Medical received line is added to my ecas this morning

we recieved ur application

we reviewed and sent letter on (address)

we started processing...

Red line disappeared but ecas still not working.

I too can see that the "red warning line" disappeared.

Why can’t I see my case status online?

There is a temporary technical issue: Sometimes, online services are temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance.

ya usually .. except it is not accessible since december 2012.. lolol
