Ecas not working , pre 2008 with PSDEC 1

Dear Jewel1020,

could u please give some more details about your friend who has got refund with PSEDEC 1 and his on-line statues. my on-line statues is not accessible since March 13. however my PSEDEC was 1 SELDEC 0 as per copist note in Oct 2012. I sent many e-mails to ISB CHC office but none of my e-mail was replied. lets see what happens. will CIC cheat us by SELDEC and PESDEC game.

His SELDEC 0 and PSDEC 1 . My one also same . My friend Ecas was not accessable for sometimes and now he can check his file with blank status . He never ask for refund . Ony he sent a mail in march for change his address .
We are very much worried with our case

My PSDEC 1 AS AT MAY 2011 AND SELDEC REVIEW BY AN OFFICER SAME MONTH.I want to believe Seldec would have allocated since 2011.
I actually plan to get Caips in the coming week by his grace.

Have you filled the fee return form and sent ? Then there is chance to get your free return
They are returning fee without checking anything

. NO, they are checking before returning the fees because of the manual review they did November last year. CHEERS

I am not among those to be refunded,those of my friends that are affected can no longer view their application.

The VOs most time don't read or check ur statusthe mails before replying.
Even if you fill the form and you are not affected,you will not get a refund.

Are there applicants who 've started receiving the fee return? The whole issue is too complex. If they no longer processing the backlog applications & applicants have complied with completion of fee return form, why are they not forthcoming with the refund?

The waiting is becoming endless.]

According to operational Bulletin 442 - June 29, 2012 , anyone can ask and get refund if the case is not finalize before 29 June 2012 . Please check again the bulletin
