ECAS not Updating

Hi,

I sent my application for for an urgent PR card renewal on October 30th 2015
CIC received it on November 2nd
CIC started processing it on November 10th

I hadn't seen any progress since then so I decided to call CIC on December 2nd, I was informed by them that my application had been approved and that the card was sent into publication on November 30th.

However, when I go on ECAS, it still says that my application is 'in process'. When will I know the details about my card and how will I be able to obtain it as my travel date is coming up soon?

Same here...

My application for urgent processing was received by Cic on 9 November.
They started processing it on 16 November.
It still says " in process " on the website.

I called Cic office today and the agent told me that there is nothing wrong with the application. It's just that they haven't finished processing it yet. My travel date is 11 dec. the agent said its very difficult to get my card before 11 dec. she said I should think about getting a travel doc. Don't know what to do

My application has been approved though, it is just a matter of getting the card now.

What can I do to obtain it?
