ECAS Not Showing Any Records – Private Sponsorship Refugee

Hi everyone,


I’m a privately sponsored refugee, and I received my G number and Unique Client Identifier (UCI) a while ago. However, when I try to check my application status on ECAS, it says no records are found. It has been 2months since my sponsorship approval and 1.5m months since my biometrics submission. because Usually with g number and UCI you can see your status


I have already submitted a web form to IRCC, but their response wasn’t helpful. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is this normal, or should I be concerned? Any advice would be appreciated!

There was another person a few weeks ago on the forum they had the same problem. please make sure you are selecting Application Number/Case Number in Identification type and filling in your Date of Birth in correct format.

• Application Received: November 22, 2024
• Sponsorship Approval: December 26, 2024
• Biometrics Completed: 11 January 2025
• Waiting for Interview

Mine ECAS also didn’t work… I applied on Feb 2024 and already done bio metrics
